Coordinated register notification – Registering a new entity or changing information regarding an existing entity  

You can register new entities or companies or make changes in information for an existing entity. The service can be used by most of the organization forms such as sole proprietorships, associations, limited companies, general partnerships, co-operatives etc.

About the form

The service can be used to submit information to the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, the Register of Business Enterprises, the Register of Non-Profit Organizations, the Value Added Tax Register, NAV’s Aa register, The Central Register of Establishments and Enterprises at Statistics Norway and the Corporate Taxation Data Register.

The form is only available in Norwegian.

Signing

When you are going to sign the notification you will receive a message in your message box in Altinn. The notification will not be sent to the register in question for further processing until everyone has signed. More about signing.

You can also sign the notification by downloading and using the Altinn-app.

In order to sign on behalf of a legal entity, you need the Altinn-role Signer of Coordinated register notification (Signerer av Samordnet registermelding). You can check which roles are delegated to the actors you represent under Profile, roles and rights. If you do not have the role Signerer av samordnet registermelding, it needs to be delegated to you.

The service can be used by all private persons but login by ID porten (security level 3 or higher) is required.
