There are various ways in which you can navigate in a form. Use the Back and Next buttons when you want to browse through a form. These buttons can be found at the bottom of the page.
In most forms, you can also click the name of the page you wish to open in the menu on the left. You can also navigate between the main form and any list of forms and attachments.
Help with filling in fields in a form
There are several different help functions in Altinn. When you have opened a form, you will find a question mark button next to selected fields. Click this button to view a help text on the right-hand side of the screen.
You will also find general help functions and information about forms in the Help tab at the right side of the form page.
Use of tables
Sometimes a form has too few fields. For example, if you are to report information about your five children and the form only has four rows, you need to add more rows. You can add more rows to the table by clicking on the Add button just below the table.
NOTE: In some of the older forms you need to add a complete table when you need more rows. (There is no Add button under the table). You can retrieve more tables under Tables on the page in the menu on the top left-hand side of the screen.
