For accountant/auditor/trustee (bankruptcy)
Some of the functionality in Altinn is designed for accountants/auditors/trustees. Here are instructions for the use of this functionality.
Employees within service units must be given access to perform work on behalf of clients. The general manager and the trustee have access to delegate such roles. Employees who are assigned roles such as Client administrator (accountant/auditor) or Bankruptcy administrator (trustee) can also delegate roles.
The function of client delegation and estate delegation can only be used for clients which the service unit is registered on, in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities.
Client and estate delegation is done in Profile, roles and rights > Client delegation/Estate delegation while representing the service unit/trustee. This ensures that delegated roles are removed automatically if the client changes accountant or auditor.
