The submission service offer both privat persons and companys a way of transferring files to Accident Investigation Board Norway.
If you are a non-Norwegian citizen and/or don't have a Norwegian National Identity Number, you will still be able to use the service by first creating your own user here, https://www.altinn.no/ui/Authentication/SelfIdentified,
and then access the submission service link to fill in form and add
attachments.
When you want to send any kind of information to Accident Investigation Board Norway (AIBN), you are urged to use the AIBN Submission Service.
The submission service is secure and encrypted, and can transfer attachments limited by 500MB.
All information put into the submission service is protected by Norwegian
