The form must be completed by all Insurance brokerage firms, Estate agents, Managers of collective investment undertakings and investment firms.
The entity completes the first part of this form, the entity auditor completes the second part of the form, signs and submits this form in Altinn.
The entity is responsible for ensuring that its auditor submits auditor statement before deadline.
To complete this form you need the Altinn role Reporter/sender. The form must be signed by someone with the role Auditor's rights.
