Order information about tax and duties (RF-1507)

Use the form for ordering a certificate with information about tax and duties for your business. The certificate contains, among other things, information about value added tax (VAT), employer's national insurance contributions and amounts in arrears.

If you would like others to have a copy of the certificate, specify the recipient when you order. You must often supply this certificate when responding to a bid.

If you want to order or share a certificate for your business, this form is for you.

To access the form, you'll need one of the following roles in Altinn:

• Accounting employee
• Limited signing rights
• Assistant auditor
• Auditor in charge
• Accountant salary
• Accountant with signing rights
• Accountant without signing rights

You can check which roles have been designated on the page entitled Profile. If you do not have this role, you must get someone who has the role to delegate it to you.

The certificate is a PDF document. You'll find it in your business's Altinn inbox. The business you've specified as a recipient receives the certificate in their inbox. They'll see who has made the order and who has been listed as the recipient's contact person.

If you want to share your certificate with private persons, you can forward it via e-mail after you've received it in your inbox.

The certificate contains the following information:

Key information about the business and number of employees (retrieved from the Register of Legal Entities)First or last reporting period for the tax return for VAT and reporting period typeValue added tax for the last 3 reporting periodsBasis for employer's national insurance contributions for the last 3 reporting periods.
