Submission on behalf of a company/organisation: You must have rights in Altinn for this service in order to represent the company/organisation. The Altinn roles Limited signing rights, Accounting employee, Auditor's rights and Reporter/sender all give access to this service. Please note that if the enquiry concerns circumstances linked to you as a private individual, a different version of the form should be used:

This will ensure that the enquiry and subsequent receipt acknowledgement will only be visible to you and any other Altinn users to whom you have specifically assigned the necessary rights.
You should use the contact form if you wish to contact the Norwegian Tax Administration in writing. You will receive the reply via Altinn and be notified by text message and/or e-mail when it is sent out.
The form should preferably be submitted with organisation number as the submitter (choose the option to report for the organisation).
This form is defined with rights so that submitted enquiries and subsequent receipt acknowledgements and replies will also be visible to Altinn users with delegated rights for the company/organisation stated on the form as the submitter
