The tax notice is sent to individuals who have been issued with a tax deduction card or who pay advance tax. You must be registered as an e-user of the Tax Administration's services to view your tax notice electronically.

The tax notice is distributed throughout the year.
Available to all e-users with tax deduction cards or advance tax payments.
The service requires a personal log-in.

The tax notice informs you about tax deductions, in other words, the tax deduction table and/or percentage rate that your employer must use for deducting tax, and the basis for calculating it. You must check the tax basis and, if necessary, amend your tax deduction card. You can go direct from the tax notice to the tax deduction card amendment service. When your tax deduction card has been amended, you will receive a new tax notice.
The message also contains a link to the "My employers" service. There you can see which employers have obtained your tax deduction card.
You do not send or hand over your tax notice to your employer. As of 2014, employers must obtain tax cards for their employees direct from the Tax Administration.
