Here you'll find information on how to navigate your inbox, and how to use the functionality in the inbox.
Click your name in the top right corner. You will then see all parties you're able to represent in Altinn, both other persons and businesses.
Sub-entities and deleted entitites you will find by clicking Show all parties. From this page, you can choose Show all sub-entities or Show deleted entities.
If you want to look up messages for multiple units at the same time, click on your name in the upper right → Show all players → Search for multiple players.
If you can't find a form you have received in you inbox, you should:
- Make sure you're currently representing the right party
- Look for the message in your archive
- Look for the message under deleted
- Check both inbox, archive and deleted
- Make sure you're representing the right organization. The notification usually says something about who has received the message. How to represent others?
If you still can't find the message, it's possible that the notification wasn't meant for you. This can happen if someone has entered wrong contact information. What is your contact information used for?
Make sure that you represent yourself by checking the top right corner. All messages you have received and forms you are working on or have submitted you find in your inbox (or archive).
The inbox search has an advanced search option. This is found in the right part of the search field.
In the searchresult you can save search. You can find saved search on the left side in your inbox.
Do you wish to share and give access to a specific form or message from your inbox in Altinn, choose the form and click Share and give access.
You can give access to a new person, or forward the form to a person who has access.
This function requires the role access management for chosen parties.
