Problems transefring data from a computer system to Altinn?

Check these troubleshooting steps

  • The computer system needs to be registered in Altinn
    You do this under Profile → Advanced settings → Computer systems
  • You need the rights to submit the form/service
    You can see what roles you have under Profile → Forms and services you have rights to. If you don't have the right role(s), you need someone to delegate them to you.
  • You may need to supply login information
  • The login information used by the computer system is registered under Profile → Advanced settings → Login information
