Businesses that want to sell or otherwise make available precursors for explosives shall in accordance with § 8 of the regulations concerning the handling of precursors for explosives notify the Directorate for Civil Protection.
To submit on behalf of an enterprise, you need the Altinn role Patent, varemerke og design.
Security level 3 or above is necessary to access the service.
You can check which roles you have for an actor on the page entitled Access control. If you do not have the necessary rights, you must get someone who has the role to delegate it to you.
