Altinn support will help you with logging in, navigating, delegating and finding the form. If your question concerns what you should enter in the form, please contact the agency that owns the form.

Businesses that receive confidential information, must ensure that only those who have an official need to see the content, have access.
No one in the business has automatic access to confidential information. In order to grant/get access to such information, persons with the role "Main administrator" must delegate the necessary access.The general manager and the chair of the board have the role of "Main administrator". Those who have gained access can use the option "Share and give access" from the message in the Inbox, and send each individual message to the right person in the business.
If you can’t find the sick leave:
The sick leave will be sent to the sub- entity of the company in Altinn. You will find the sub-entity in the list where you select an actor.
Once you have chosen to represent the sub-entity, you will find the sick leave in the Inbox.

Click your name in the top right corner. You will then see all parties you're able to represent in Altinn, both other persons and businesses.
Sub-entities and deleted entitites you will find by clicking Show all parties. From this page, you can choose Show all sub-entities or Show deleted entities.
The main administrator may be responsible for managing roles and rights for your business.
What the role contains
The role of main administrator provides the opportunity to delegate all roles and rights for an enterprise, including roles and rights that one does not have. The main administrator can delegate roles and rights both to others and to themselves. Please note this applies to both existing and future roles for the business.
How to get the role of main administrator
The main administrator role can only be delegated by the general manager, the chair of the board, the shipowner or the holder.
This does not contain the role
The main administrator cannot delegate further his or her own role as the main administrator.
The main administrator role is not a key role and therefore cannot inherit roles and rights granted by other users or businesses.
If you want to look up messages for multiple units at the same time, click on your name in the upper right → Show all players → Search for multiple players.
- Check both inbox, archive and deleted
- Make sure you're representing the right organization. The notification usually says something about who has received the message. How to represent others?
If you still can't find the message, it's possible that the notification wasn't meant for you. This can happen if someone has entered wrong contact information. What is your contact information used for?
If you can't find a form you have received in you inbox, you should:
- Make sure you're currently representing the right party
- Look for the message in your archive
- Look for the message under deleted
