Here you'll find information about the functionality when using forms and services in Altinn.
The forms in Altinn are constructed with the same kind of structure, and are thus very much alike. The forms are dynamic and will adjust according to choices you make, so that form fields which are redundant will disappear. The forms in Altinn are adapted to electronic use, and will thus not be suitable for printing and sending by post.
By clicking the question marks in the form, useful information needed for filling in the form will appear. If you need further help filling in the form, you can contact the service owner/the department which receives the form.
For some forms you can add attachment forms, in addition to file attachments. This can be done by going to List - forms and attachments in the form you want to add an attachment to.
When you click Proceed to signing you get to the next stage of the process. On the top of the page, you see which step you're at. In the bottom of the page you have options to Return for completion or to Sign and submit.
Once you have signed and submitted a form, you get a receipt. This contains a reference number (starting with AR...) and a print version of the submitted form.
Once submitted the form is sent to the agency responsible for the form.
You can find your receipt under inbox → archive.
